Faux Pasta: A Sister Cooking Blog

Linguine + Trader Joe’s frozen steamer clams + salt + red pepper flakes + white wine + 1 tsp flour/butter roux + thyme + parsley

Not bad for a weeknight dinner. A tiny bit of grit from the clams, enough for me not to buy these frozen ones again, but if you can overlook grit in 3/100 bites, you’ll be fine.
