My (chicken) neck, my (chicken) back

One New Year’s resolution completed: making my own chicken stock. 

I tricked myself into doing it by buying chicken necks and backs at Schnucks and telling myself I could freeze them and make it later. I think I’ve read about 10 different recipes in my lifetime so I kinda (chicken) winged it, but went off this one (give or take half the ingredients.) 

Also, you can totally drink it straight the morning of your endoscopy, or at least four hours before!
