Faux Pasta: A Sister Cooking Blog

Panzanella! Panzanellie! Really good for about 30 minutes, “what is this soggy bread” after 24 hours in the fridge. I am sure there is some sort of subtle revertive ironic thing going on with this. Use dead bread to make beautiful thing. Beautiful thing lasts for but a whisper of a human lifetime, wilts like a flower that blooms but once. Now you’re back to where you started with your dead bread except now you need to turn your panzanella into something. Gazpacho? Thick, cold, soup that… delights… the senses…
