Cafe Gratitude, part 2. So we ate this with the cheesy potatoes. I think this one is their “donation” bowl. You can pay whatever you want. They suggested $7. I paid $7 and felt guilty. I think that’s how it works, right? It’s raw kale, brown rice, black beans, and garlic-tahini sauce. You can probably make something similar at home, but you probably wouldn’t get quite the extra delicious shame factor (shame makes things taste like 18% better). - Nellie
